Why should you choose Carlson’s Furniture
instead of all the other choices you have?
You’ll pay the guaranteed lowest price at Carlson’s. In fact, if you find a lower price anywhere else, we’ll meet or beat it every time. But we’re not talking “cheap” furniture, as in poor quality – at Carlson’s, you’ll find fine furniture that will last your family for years.
Carlson’s Furniture has everything you need, so you don’t need to run all over Oregon to turn your house into the beautiful home of your dreams. Most of our inventory is in-stock and ready for immediate delivery so you don’t have to wait weeks to enjoy it in your home.
Convenient In-Home Shopping
Visit our Furniture Gallery to see up-close pictures and detailed descriptions of our top-selling, in-stock items – or check out the links to our most popular manufacturers to browse the endless special-order possibilities. You can even check out an online room planner to lay out your room.
We have always been a low pressure, professional and friendly place to do business and that will never change. Come in and have a cup of coffee with us while we talk about what fits your needs. Our staff of designers taps into years of experience to access the best solution to your needs, drawing from the best selection of fine furniture in Klamath Falls. We’ll share our wealth of furniture knowledge with you – heck, we’ll even share our favorite recipes!
You decide what works best for your budget: use our layaway service, pay by cash or credit card, or opt for one of our financing plans.
Your Satisfaction is Our Top Priority
We need and want to know if anything you bought from us has a problem. Will we do exactly what you think needs to be done each and every time? Probably not, because sometimes folks want us to take something back that they’ve had for two years or fix something that is un-fixable. If anything you ever buy from Carlson’s doesn’t work or perform the way you expected it to when you purchased it, please contact us at 541-884-1335 or email@example.com.
Complete Carlson’s Care
From pre-sale to post-service, you’re taken care of every step of the way at Carlson’s. Our delivery team is dedicated to your satisfaction, treating your home and your time with respect. Unlike many furniture stores today, we maintain our own service department. We service what we sell. Anything that needs a little (or a lot) of help never leaves our shop. Some repairs take longer than others depending on the nature of the repair. We try to keep most common pieces in stock but specific repair parts must be ordered. If we need to order parts then it is usually a two to three week turnaround time. We will repair anything that you purchase from us back to factory specs as long as it is still under warranty.
A Klamath Falls Family Who Cares
In November, 1958, the Carlson family started a furniture store in Klamath Falls. Fifty years and three generations later, Mel, Gene, Dan and Dave are thankful and grateful for what a fantastic ride it’s been. No one could stay in business that long without great customers. We are grateful to all our friends that have continued to make us successful for more than fifty years and we don’t take your patronage lightly. We are so confident in our staff, products and service if you are not satisfied for any reason with anything you purchase from us, contact one of us personally and we guarantee we’ll make it right.
